Official Notification from TRTIA of Unauthorized Use of Registered Service Mark

This letter is official notification to cease and desist from any and all uses of the service mark Authentic Reiki® held by TRTIA and registered to TRTIA. Date of first use of the mark anywhere: at least as early as May 8, 1994. Date of first use of the mark in commerce: at least as early as March, 1995. This mark has been recognized internationally since these dates and before.

Anyone seeking to use this mark must apply for and receive permission from TRTIA to use this mark. TRTIA is currently in the process of registry of Authentische Reiki(sm), holding first use in Germany dating back to the above dates and before. The use of this mark on Barbara Simonsohn's web site constitutes an unauthorized use. Barbara Simonsohn is not a licensee of this mark and has not applied for or completed an official registry of this mark. She is using this mark incorrectly and illegally. She must remove this mark from her web site immediately as legal action is being brought by TRTIA, a nonprofit organization, a charity which is international in its work and usage of its service marks. TRTIA has protected this mark worldwide from long before first use listed above.
